Anyone had this error message

If i leave the bluetoith switch on on my M2000. Sometime when i switch on the screen, or plug into my sync station i get the following error message:

The Bluetooth radio failed to turn ON due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth Radio.

On the top bar of the message it says 'BTTrayCE'

Until lately i've not really used my Bluetooth so its not been too much of a problem. But now i'm using a bluetooth car kit i'm getting this error message more often and its becoming a bit of a pain in the ass. I've tried calling Orange, but they were about as helpful as my pet labrador. They say there technical team are going to phone me back, "At some point"

i've seen this on my Acer n30 PDA but have always been trying to switch the blutoof on whilst having a load of other stuff running at the same time so didnt really worry about it. Soft reset and all is good...

points to a microsoft error if you ask me..... which no-one was!! :cheesy:

Yeah, I've had this a couple of times,

You don't have to soft reset, just stop other running programs in the memory and try again (effectively the same as what doing a soft reset does!), That works for me!

I have had that message several times, the other one you get sometimes is that "BT licence has expired", soft reset fixes it. I have an M2000 with the early rom ;)

seen this before. sadly a factory reset was the only way to cure it.

if anyone is interested. I've had a call from Orange and they are saying they are prepared to change my phone. will give them a ring on Monday when I'm back from my hols and see what happens with the new one. hopefully it will have the updated rom and bluetooth stack.
