Scrolling line by line..

Hello,

I have an i-mate Jam. When I'm using Internet Explorer and scrolling thru a page with the hardware buttons, it will scroll page by page instead of line by line. I find this very annoying because I like to scroll gradually as I'm reading. Is there any registry hack to make it scroll one or two lines at a time instead of a whole page? Thanks!
