is there a way to extract installs from a spv rom?

i was tryin to find IA STYLE album, that comes bundled with spv's only to find out thet theyve been taken over by htc and do not sell their products anymore, anyway i came across this tweak at xda developers that shows the hidden rom section on an xda which contain all the setups and stuff that install after a hardreset.

so i was wondering if there is such a thing on an spv as 'extended' or 'hidden' rom that contains these setups and could be viewed or extracted.

Clearly not law exams.

The Caller ID software is now owned by HTC and extracting it this way would presumably be in breach of their copyright.

Commercial alternatives are available.
