Bluetooth

Please can somebody help me. This is driving me mad. I have tried to send files to lots of other phones via bluetooth but this fails 90% of the time.

This is what i do.

File manager, select the file i want to send. Send via infa red. I wait for the device to show up then send.

Most of the time it just jumps out to the menu screen again.

Sorry if this has been answerd elsewhere but i cant find it.

I do not understand are u talking about bluetooth or about IR ?The IR problem my SPV C500 has it as well ,however it is an old story the incompatibility via IR between different phones and even between same brand phones .I have the same simptoms and managed to send files only to ~ 25% of the phones i tried to send to .

I have the same problem.

From what discostu (I think - sorry if I am wrong) has said in the past, you can select to send by IR and it will do it by BT if IR is not available.

I have tried sending using Smartexplorer and Mobiluck and neither have ever worked for me. If have not used file manager.

There are many threads on here regarding this topic so there may be some answers elsewhere as unfortunately I don't have one.
