Not on the MPx220. Unfortunately, Motorola used the Microsoft Bluetooth stack rather than a 3rd-party stack, and the Microsoft stack does not have provisions for voice dialing. Trust me, I was disappointed too when I got rid of my SE T616 which had Bluetooth voice dialing. But, overall, its not that big of a deal. I call people from my speed dial anyways, and its just a press and hold away from dialing.
