Activesync trouble

For some reason i cannot sync my mda to my pc anymore it just says connecting and wont go any further. I have the latest version installed.

Any ideas??

Have you installed any software recently that might have caused it? Was it working fine before?

Try a soft reset!

My MDA quite often refuses to sync especially a second time, in short succession from the first. It seems to be the MDA side of the sync, as soft resetting it allows it to re-sync!

I use AvantGo which pre-down loads channel webpages to your PDA. This seems to lock up at times or take ages to save new pages to MDA, but other times it only take about 2 mins. I suspect SD card??

make sure your anti virus/ firewall is not stopping the sync...disable your security features and try to sync...

Try connecting the USB cale to a different USB port??

Have managed to post it out now. i cleaned up my pc then reinstalled activesync 3.8 and seems to be working fine now.
