Can't get MMS's

Hi all,

I have received an MMS but when I open it and click "download" it comes up with a message"unable to connect, ensure that your modems are present and inserted correctly and no netowrk card present"

I really want to see that picture!

Any help ?

I tried speaking to Orange but they were useless and annoying so I gave up with them!!
