Hi,

What's the script here? I upgraded to an M2000 in February and still have my E200 which I've had for well over a year. I thought that after the contract was up, Orange (or any other provider) is obliged to give you the unlock code.

Can someone please set me straight here?

Thanks,

GH

They are obliged to give it to you but not for free (network dependant). O have always charged £20

OK - forgive my 'green-ness' here - But is there any other way (apart from paying Orange 20 notes for an unlock code, or paying out for this full stop ?

I know that Orange will throw a fit if I approach them as I am only 6 months in on my contract (but been with them for YEARS)..........

So in short, is there any other way to unlock my SPV500 than putting my hand in my pocket ?
