Removing T9 mode. possible?

I do not use T9 key entry mode. I was wondering if it was possible to perm remove this entry mode? If so, what's the process (files, location, registry changes etc.). I just want ABC and 123 (alpha and numeric) data entry modes on the phone. Any help will be appreciated. If someone tried it and made the device unstable for some reasons, please share that too.

Yes im too interest in removing T9 or iTAP from mpx220.
