Xphone II Calling problem

I found that it's hard to use my xphone to make a phone call.

At first, i though that it was Network Service problem, so changed my S

IM card with a friend. My friend had no problem at all by using my Sim to make a phone. For me, i'm still having that problem even i 've tried to use others Mobile Phone Network. :??:

Are there anything wrong with my phone setting?

Can anybody help me?
