You mean upgrade the ROM? There is no ROM upgrade available for the O2 phone AFAIK. The latest out there for the 2003 SE is intended for the Orange and Qtek devices (AKU 2.6.0)

The best thing to do right now is to contact O2 for support. Maybe you can ask them if they have plans for ROM upgrade/s especially for the Feeler (XPhoneII).
