My MPx220 V.1.43 Small Talk Problem!

I was update my MPx 220 to Cingular V.1.43 and I have a problem when I use smalltalk,the voice output from the earpieces is very soft as whisper even the phone volume is set to max. but when I use smalltalk to listening my mp3 everything is oK.

What's WRONG? How can I fix it?

Power cycle the phone.
