Hello :

Can someone try to help me i have purchased copilot live for smartphone and it worked perfectly until i unlockely deactivated it. how can i get this thing to work when i have deaktivated it. I have factory reset my mobile spv c500 and fresh installed my computer but dident helped. i have treid to activate my product several times. after each time i have installed my product i have gotten differents license number :cry: :cry: :cry: . and now it says my licensstatus is evaluering and will work in 3 dags.

The Only thing I can suggest is email co-pilot and ask them what advice they can give you

I recently transferred my Co-Pilot from one PDA to a Magician.

I de-activated the software as per all the instructions and typed all the relevant codes into the website. I got error messages saying that codes didn’t match and I needed to e-mail the support people at ALK.

I thought that I was setting out on at least 3 days hassle with the e-mail being acknowledged, needing proof of purchase etc and then even more time to send thru all the necessary steps for me to reactivate the software on the new device…

I received an e-mail saying I could activate on the new device in the normal way within 10 minutes!!! I was very pleased and got the software sorted in about 5 minutes after that!

All I can say is to e-mail the support people, explain your situation in as much detail as you can and I would have thought your troubles will be sorted very quickly…
