Latest firmware for qtek 8020/SP3i/SDA icw GPS

Does anyone know what the latest firmware for the qtek 8020 is? The highest version I have been able to find is v2.1.31.21. It comes with Dutch documentation and locale in .cab format. You can download it from here. You need to follow these instructions for the update.

Unfortunately, with this new rom I have problems using the GPS part of my Parrot CK3300 carkit. I am able to pair with it just fine (the handsfree connection works directly) but no matter what I do, the GPS part of my carkit cannot be found by my phone. I've tried disconnecting the handsfree connection, specifying outgoing and incoming COM ports, enabling and disabling security etc. Without success.

I don't want to go back to my previous firmware, because for the rest everything works fine, including WM10.

Does anyone know of a newer firmware? Is so, please post the direct URL. If someone knows how to solve my GPS connection problems please post as well! TIA.
