Guest dculbert Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 I bought a set of HP iPAQ bluetooth headphones to try and get them to work with the C500. I have them paired fine and the device is in the bluetooth menu as "BT-Headphones" however, under the edit menu, the option 4 "Set as hands Free" which I presume is required to get them to possibly recieve sound, is greyed out. reading the manual on how to set up using an iPAQ, it says to create the bluetooth conection using the "High Quality Audio" wizard - which seems to be a standard PocketPC feature(?). Obviously the C500 hasn't got such options, so am thinking that the only way to get it to work is to use a profile that recognises them as a headset or at least can direct audio to the bluetooth device???? Just wondered if anyone had any ideas. Downloaded bluetunes to see if that would do anything, but I guess that will only have any effect if the device can be used as a BT Headset in the first place. Anyone any ideas? cheers, Dave.
