notes app

hello all.

i have been searching for a notes application for the smart phone and have found nothing but expensive software.

i am interested in a simple, but functional notes app available in cab format. i am on a mac and exe files will not work for me.

does anyone have any information that will help?

Just so that you know you can get Orneta Notepad specificaly for 2003 and its free as well

Just to add another one into the mix, I use Vieka Wordpad

Which looks (from the menu's) as if it does way more than I've ever used it for - HTML editing anyone? ;)
