Keypad lock and WMP

Is there any way to lock the keypad and still leave WMP10 running? i use my SDA music a lot for playing MP3's, but when i try to do so with the phone in my pocket other keys get pressed, and when i lock the screen WMP stops!!

Any solution - or another player that enables you to do this.

Mine works fine.. just hold down the red hang up button it locks and still plays..

older roms you needed to press the home button .. then hold the red button.. MP runs in the background

Wont work for me. Pressing home or the red 'hang up' button both return to the homescreen but stop WMP aswell. :x ;)

Help!

EDIT: Hmmm, i can lock the keypad with music playing in background using the following apps: Betaplayer, pocketmusic and mini lyrics magic. Maybe its something to do with WMP10 being controlled by dedicated media buttons on the SDA music. Now if only i could remap the media buttons to control a different player.....

not actualy upgraded to that rom yet. so maybe your right..

works fine on mine.. start playing an mp3 then hold red hang up button.. plays in background while showing the home screen..

can you not set the phone to auto lock after a few seconds? sure i have seen that somewhere
