Guest andrewtayloruk Posted June 8, 2005 Report Posted June 8, 2005 (edited) Hi, I've recently had a problem with my phone which required a hard-reset, now, no matter how hard I try I can't get activesync to work as it did previously. In the past I had activesync connected to a remote MS Exchange server, I don't have it paired to my PC at all. Every 2 hours it would sync automatically with exchange and update my contacts, inbox, calendar and tasks. I've gone through the setup procedure and now I always get "Unable to connect. Verify your Dial-up or proxy settings are correct, and try again." I can use GPRS to connect to the internet and browse websites no problem at all, the G symbol is show on the screen. It's not a problem with my exchange server, that's not even showing a connection attempt from my device. Anyone give me any suggestions, this all worked yesterday it's just not working now after the hard-reset. Thanks Andrew Edited June 8, 2005 by andrewtayloruk
