Customising contact fields

Guys, does anyone know if you can change the fields which synchronise contacts in Outlook with your smartphone?

I've got hundreds of contacts in my Outlook address book with their Company (switchboard) number but the smartphone seems to look for Business 1 and Business 2 fields, dropping the Company number.

There must be a way to alter which address fields the smartphone contact book looks for, but I can't find anything in the user manual or system directory.

Would appreciate any help.
