Server Sync error on MPX 220 messages

Hi all,

I'm using an MPX 220 and running exchange server small business edition. Activesync on the phone is set up to sync with our server every ten minutes and the calendar and contacts sync fine but a week ago about 3/4 of my inbox started syncing to the phone as [no sender] [no subject]. If I delete them, it will actualy delete messages in my inbox. If I reset the server settings and re-sync I get a warning with a list of emails that failed to sync then it starts all over. Anyone seen this?
