Which phone?

Ello people

Ok my contract runs out next month and i cant decide what to get as a new phone. The ideal phone for me is the Nokia N91 because of the 4gb hard drive and its got wifi but i dont know if i will be able to wait until then.

The main things i want from it is

decent storage

wifi

and smartphone based OS if that be windows, symbian etc

Anyone got any ideas of any phone that gets anywhaere near the N91? either out now or out in a couple of months???

First off, sorry... I hate replies that don't answer the question but your post was looking lonely. So:

I just noticed the Gadget of the week (Modaco home page), the EastGear SD WiFi Card. My thoughts were... if you considered using one of these your specifications might be easier to achieve!

It would still have to be a phone with an external SD slot tho.

at www.carphonewarehouse.co.uk thay say it is due mid year!!!! mid year id virtually upon us please nokia give us a date!!!!!

Oh forgot to mention it is one of the sexiest phones i have seen!!!!

Sounds like you're smitten!

If you like it - go for it, it does look exceptionally good. I personally wouldn't go for it, but I like MS based OS's (I use 'like' loosely, as in 'I don't like symbian')

Have you seen the Samsung i300? From what I remember it has a 3gb HD and I'm sure I read somewhere that it would ship with Magneto OS. Nice. I don't think it has wi-fi tho, or even an SD slot. They do tease us these phone companies. :?:

Thanks for pointing that samsung phone out mate

But its another wait and see when it turns up story, no specific month when it will be released and is no way near as sexy as the N91. Looks like i am just going to have to be patient. This isnt the best time to change phone with all the new technology comin onto the phones

The i300 is one ugly phone (alot of people are going to disagree), but it looks so tacky and plasticy. Personally (and this wont answer the question), but the next phone i get will be the c550, and I wont be getting the i300, however i will get the next phone after it with windows mobile 5 on solong as it looks good. Not tacky black plastic that marks so so easily.
