C500+tomtom go+fortuna bt gps= headache

Hi thanks for reading.

I have a C500 and tom tom go, i am trying to use my fortuna clip on bluetooth gps on the phone to get the gps signal, unfortunately i am not that clever and orange (as usual) dont want to know or help.

Anyone with advice that may help me get up and running please please reply
