suncom problems

well iv had the mpx for mor then a year when it was att everything work perfect 2002 2003 mms gmail internet messenger everything but now with the change from att to cingular and in som places like mine att to suncom the past month i cant conect to the internet or messenger... i have 3 mpx's 2 unlocked so the 2 work fine with the suncome network. so i got a letter in the mail to go upgrade my cell with the new suncom sim so i took thesamsung wich i origaly bought fromm att because all the mpx' are from ebay so they gaveme the new sim went home put it in the unlockd mpx and it works fine..but the internet doesnt so i called tech supp at suncom and told them i have a mpx from them and i upgraded but i dosnt want to conect to the net so the tech told me hes going to send a text msg with some software and that i should ulock it with 4230 the msg never arriver so i called again ad=nd they toldme to restart the phone so i did and it said insert sim so i they gave me a few unlock codes wich i write them down for the mpx but it locked my new sim!!!!!!so i had to go again and get anotherone lucky i didnt have to pay for it! so be carfull!!!!

any other way or settings to get on the suncom net for the internet???
