Updating the T9 text dictionary

Could somebody point me in the direction of the post about mass updating the T9 dictionary on the C500 by e-mail.

I have done loads of searches and can't find it.

Thanks for the reply, but that is not what I am after.

There is a post on here somewhere that explains how to do it.

It involves typing an e-mail of words you want to add and syncing with the phone, but I can't remember the details.
