Make/receive Call from the PC

Hi i'm planning to build a home made CarPC, and of curse I want my Mpx220 with it.

I'm looking for a sort of application that trasform your pc in a phone. Something that as the pc and the smartphone are connected with the usb data cable let you make and receive phone directly from the speakers and mic of the pc.

Well, it's a bit different, but will work (It's been a while since you posted, but you might still be interested.) I bought a belkin USB bluetooth device today from argos £15, and it has software to make your PC / Laptop / CarPC act as a bluetooth headset, doing exactly what you want.
