tomtom voices no longer work, please help asap

Hi all,

I have tomtom 4.43 installed on my C500, it works great btw, only problem is, I changed from the tomtom specific gps to a 3rd party one, I had to install the traffic update patch to get it working but all is good.

the only problem now is since changing over to the new receiver I have lost voice prompts, when I go into change voice option, the Jane UK etc is greyed out with a message saying download from tomtom website. and then I press select and it says you dd not select a useable voice???

whats up with this, I have downloaded voices from tomtom and put them in the VOICES folder but its not seeing them
