cigaret lighter charger stik til spv c500

Hello guys !

I have purchased a cigaret lighter charger stik to my spv c500. When I put it in cigaret charger and connect it to my mobile a littel blue lampe starts but it dosent charge my mobile ;( Either when the car is runnig or it´s stoped. The charge icon dosen appear at all. You only can se the battery icon opper to the right. This charger is actuelly made for a qtek 8010 and 8020 but the stik fits also to a spv. Any idea what there can be wrong ?
