Since I bought my c500, I lost the time&date when I unplug the battery (only one second and time is cleared to defaul value!).

In some sp3i that I tested this thigs dont happends.

Have I a broken c500 or it's normal?

Well I remove my battery sometimes, and i dont notice any problems with time. But why do you need to remove your battery so much that it would cause a problem?

Maybe a problem, maybe not... but, only happends on my unit?

Some days I open my phone (change sim and minisd) few times, and I imagine the problem with calls lists & appoinments...

There is a second backup battery inside the phone, like the one in a pc motherboard but smaller in size which usually lasts for a couple of years and cannot be replaced (at least from an end-user)

There's a possibility that the battery was dead from the moment the phone left the factory and nobody noticed it.

If the phone is still under warranty then you are lucky ;)
