I-Mate SP3i Bluetooth Problems

I have the I-Mate SP3i model but I'm having varius Problems with the bloetooth on it. I can receive Files over it but when it comes to sending, i cant do anything.

E.g.

I wanna send a photo, i go onto the photo and click send, all it has is Via MMS or E-mail, no bluetooth :?: . Ive tried using file explorer and Smart Explorer and it only has IR.

Am i doing sommat wrong or is there a problem?

(forgive the newbieness, its my first Smartphone...)
