Unlocking SPV C500

Right I pick up a brand spanking SPV tomorrow and need it unlocking straight away.

Can anyone explain in idiotproof how I go about it. Like I mentioned I have never seen this phone so I will not know my way around it at all

I have downloaded SPV services and understand I need to install it.

where to?

please treat me like the idiot I am and explain as if you were describing it to yer gran.

I will really really appriatiate your efforts and read all your posts in future even if they are dull

You don't say whether you want to SIM-unlock the phone or application unlock.

I want to unlock the sim as I beleive it will be locked to Orange and I have a Voda sim.

Also would like to change the internet settings away from Orange too

As I said, the SIM-unlocking is pinned at the top and you should be able to find the GPRS (internet) settings in the Repository in the Articles section ;)
