can't receive SMS on SPV

Hi,

I've had an SPV for a while now. I recently hard reset and since then, I've only been able to receive two SMS. It used to work ok before the hard reset, an occasional lost message but at least I was able to receive them, now I get almost no messages at all (and I know people have been sending them).

I'm on O2 Pay and Go. Any ideas?

Check with O2 one reason I left them was their message sevice was unreliable if you have a lot of messages sent to you. They can force a message to you so you can see if you recieve it or not.

It may be worth checking your service center number is also correct in Settings\Telephony\Call Options

I'll ask in store at O2 to see, but the drop has been dramatic. I guess before I got about 80% of messages and now it's 5%. Must be due to phone.

You're an MSP aren't you? If so, I'll see you on Sunday.

I went to the O2 store, the guy sent me a message, I didn't receive it.

He put the SIM card in another phone, sent me a message and that worked straight away.

Sounds like another hard reset :S

edit: Nevermind, hard reset again seems to have fixed it. I won't change any settings until I replace it.
