Had an accident, my smt5600's screen is smashed,

I had an accident riding an ATV, and, my smt5600's screen smashed, the phone stillworks, but, no screen, can anybody help, could I buy the screen somewhere and install it, or send it somewhere, or is it a total loss now?

help me out, I love that phone, it is by far the best phone I've ever had,,,, way more then the MPx220 I had.
