Qtek 8020 vs i-mate SP3i

hi, I decided to buy this smartphone but now I am facing a dilema. In the shop where I plan to order it there are 2 similar devices - Qtek 8020 (£254.95) and i-mate SP3i (£269.95). Is i-mate worth the extra £15 for the acces to their website and free downloads or shall I rather buy Qtek? Thx for your opinions 8)
