keylock problems

Hi folks - had a wander through the forum but cant find anything on this - apologies if I have been looking in the wrong place.

Sometimes when I have locked the keypad on my SPV C500 it will not unlock again. Pressing the left hand soft key under 'Unlock' as per normal does nothing at all. All I can do is take the battery out to force it to reset. I am not sure this is the best way of dealing with the issue.

Anyone come across this before? Any simple solutions / ideas of what I am doing wrong?

I posted on the forum about this yesterday. Haven't seen a reply as yet though. In my case the left softkey has failed. I noticed it getting worse till it stopped working. If you press any other key and it reminds you how to unlock it and you press cancel and it doesn't clear then mibbe you've got the same problem.
