They sent me this Motorola MPx220 GPRS WAP settings Post-pay 1 Press the Start key (left soft-key) 2 Scroll down to "Settings" and press the Blue key to select 3 Highlight and select "More" 4 Highlight and select "Data Connections" 5 Highlight the box for "WAP Connection" 6 Press the Menu key (right soft-key) and press the Blue key to select "Edit Connections" 7 Highlight and select "Proxy Connections" and 8 Press the Menu key (right soft-key) and press the Blue key to select "Add" (or choose Menu and Edit if you already have a proxy setup) 9 In the "Description" field type a name such as O2 WAP (this field is not visible if you are editing a previously setup proxy) 10 Highlight and select "Connects From" 11 Highlight and select "WAP Network" 12 Highlight and select "Connects To" 13 Highlight and select "The Internet" 14 Highlight and select "Proxy (name:port)" and and enter: 193.113.200.195:9201 (to change to number input, press and hold the star key until 'abc' on the top right of the screen changes to '123' . For symbols such as full stop and colon press and hold the hash key, scroll to the required symbol and press the blue key to select) 15 Highlight and select "Type" 16 Highlight and select "WAP" 17 Ignore the User name and Password field but both of these should be left blank 18 Press "Done" twice (left soft-key) to exit back to the Connections screen 19 Highlight and select "GPRS Connections" 20 Press the "Menu" key (right soft-key) and press the Blue key to select "Add" (or scroll to Edit if you want to change an existing connection) 21 In the "Description" field type a name such as O2 WAP GPRS (this field is not visible if you are editing a previously setup connection) 22 Highlight and select "Connects To" 23 Highlight and select "WAP Network" 24 Highlight "Access Point" and enter: wap.o2.co.uk (for a full stop press the hash key and scroll to the required symbol and press the blue key to select) 25 Highlight "User name" and type o2wap 26 Highlight "Password" and type password 27 Ignore Primary DNS should be left as 0.0.0.0 28 Ignore Secondary DNS should be left as 0.0.0.0 29 Ignore IP Address 30 Press the "Done" key five times to exit (left soft-key) WAP browsing is via Internet Explorer using the wsp:// protocol. But this dosnt work ... Then o2 said that they do not support i-mate sp3i... :D Then he recomender speaking to you guys .... ;) So here i am (( Can any 1 help with this problem ?????? )) THx 4 your time

Guest Firstwave Posted June 14, 2005 Report Posted June 14, 2005 O2 (contract) proxy connections O2 WAP Connects From WAP Network Connects To The Internet Proxy (name:port) 193.113.200.195:9201 Type WAP Gprs connections Connects To WAP Network Access Point wap.o2.co.uk Password password primary DNS 0.0.0.0 Secondary DNS 0.0.0.0 I try the others in the link but no joy :cry: Do i need to enter dial up too ?? thx
