smt5600 "8" key depressed

Does anyone's Audiovox SMT5600 have keys that seem depressed or lowered (doesn't have that bounce with you push it)??

I just noticed my "8" key is a bit lowered, don't know if I pushed it too hard or has it always been that way.

Anyways to fix it??

mine has that clicky feeling.

All keys are fine (clicky) for me, except for the 8 key. Feels like it's not bouncing back up.
