well i just got my 5600 to replace my mpx220, and i have to say so far i like it alot... its missing a few sounds and what not, but it seems nice...

the first thing i did notice was the screen appears "fuzzy" guess i am used to the "hi res" of the 220...

any how i am trying to put agile messanger and connected bits weather on it and when i run the exe's on my home PC it starts the add/remove software screen...then it goes away and nothing happens...???? whats going on....???

and is there a way to ajust the brightness of the screen?

yeah i guess i need to change the screen name...

well with out installing any software that came with the phone i literly umplugged my mpx and plugged in the 5600 and active sync picked it up and it synced my cantacs and calander fine... and the other stuffe worked on the mpx so i would assume that it would work for the 5600.... ill try disabling my firewall and try it again....

i did unhook the phone then run the exe's and i get the message that the next time i sync the files will be sent to my phone, but when i sync nothing happens...

Have you also checked your available phone memory ?

Sometimes if too many photos, videos, etc are saved to the phones flash memory there may not be enough memory left to store temporary files like cab files.

I get this sometimes with activstink 4.0.0 Build (4.3.4.3) and my C500 (Uk 4.1 ROM)

Goto > Tools > add and remove and everything should install. I think its a bug

that was it... it must have been Mcafee i disabled it and now it works... lol
