Guest hueznar Posted June 15, 2005 Report Posted June 15, 2005 Hi: I have a Motorola MPx220 and Tom Tom Mobile 5 without the original TomTom GPS Receiver. Well... I have another different GPS (LEadtek 9537), and I'm trying to get it working with TT5, but not success ;) .My phone detects the GPS and I can pair the two together, but TT5 shows a message telling that the GPS device was not detected. In the settings menu I chooose the option ( Other Bluetooth GPS ) instead of the TT GPS. Can anybody help me please? Thank you
Guest jimjamsuperman Posted June 15, 2005 Report Posted June 15, 2005 Yep, I'm having the same problem. I'm hoping that someone out there is looking into a patch for TTM5. I had one previously for 4.74, but this was just the traffic upgrade. Now this module is include in TTM5, I've not managed to get it to work, so I can only guess, they've cottoned on to this loophole in the software. I'll be looking for patches from now on... Anyone hear anything, please please reply. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
