MMS giving error

Dear gurus,

I managed to install the jMMS Software in my phone. already change the registry using RESCO. but when reboot the phone, the program cannot start and it gave error "alert: Unable locate the Userinterface resource file"

I'm using WM2002, original from motorola. Somebody please help me with this.

You need to install the JMMS software on the phone and not the storage card. I presume you were trying to alter the registry to point the JMMS app to the storage card?

1. Make sure Jmms is installed on your phone first and reboot the phone.

2. Using your farourite registry editor (Resco works fine on orange locked phones) navigate to /HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/{2F930BF0-4A53-9E17-88E9247BAB48}

3. Reset this key to default.

default mean is i type to the field "default" or just leave it blank?? :?:

I do not use the JMMS application is a poorly written and slows the phone down plus with caller ID it eats up the battery.

Was the MMS working correctly before attempting this tweak?

Are you using the software that came on the cd or the one from the Italian Motorola site http://www.motorola.it/download/programmi/...jMMSBuild70.exe

Also do you have the caller ID app installed?

I'm using jMMS from the cd, it slowed my home screen as hell. But it words now.

anyone using other MMS client besides jMMS?

was jMMS from motoral Italy better?
