No Calendar on O2 Active Screen

I've noticed this a number of times now, and I'm not sure how to solve this tricky issue:

On my O2 XdaIIs, the O2 Active Screen (the O2 replacement for the Today Screen) features loads of useful shortcuts and items. Among those, just like on the Wondows Today Screen, an item to show the next upcoming calendar appointment.

After restoring a full backup via xBackup, this very item is no longer displayed! It's still there on the Windows Today Screen, displaying up-and-coming appointments as usual. It appears that only a hard reset puts it right again - which renders my backup useless...

Any ideas on how to bring the calndar back to my O2 Active Screen?
