Lost vibrate and sound

I did the sms led alert tweak in the registry, but have decided i don't like it. I removed the following entries from the registry, but now i get no vibrate or sound when i receive a message. What have i done wrong? If i put the registry back to the SMS LED form it does vibrate and sound.

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SMS\Script "pf1w99999f0"

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\Keypress\Script "pf0"

I took the values out of these, but left the actual scripts there so they are now like

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SMS\Script ""

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\Keypress\Script ""

and since then, no sound or vibrate. If i revert back to

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SMS\Script "pf1w99999f0"

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\Keypress\Script "pf0"

the sound and vibrate does work. I want to get rid of this tweek tho as it seems to slow the phone down, and also the phone vibrates, then sounds, instead of both together.

just delete Script in both cases and set you preferred sound for a key press in Settings - Sounds
