help old Sim contacts to SMT5600 contacts

Hi! I just got Audiovox SMT5600 and I need help on how to quickly get/transfer all my old "contact numbers" on my old Sim card to the smt5600 contacts or Outlook Contacts.

Start > More (several times) > Applications > Sim Manager

Press Right softkey (Menu?) > Select All > Add to Contacts
