Select the contact (in contacts) you wanna use, highlight the number (whichever you wanna use) then click edit softkey and scroll down till you get to custom ringtone.

thanks mate, i realised the contacts had to be on the phone for this to show, coz all mine were on the sim.

go to sim manager in the start menu, open the menu and choose import/export, then you choose SIM-Contacts and choose all the contacts...

hmmm i dont have that. im using an mpx220, but i sorted the problem usnig jeyo mobile companion, thanks anyway ;)
