Globalsat BT-338 software problem

Hi All

I have today recieved my BT-338 to be used with my C500. Baiscaly from all the advice I have read on the forum these two products are compatible but when I try and install the software of the CD that came with the BT-338 I get the following message on the phone "GPS Information GPS Info.CAB failed to install on your device because the installation file is not intended for this device" :??:

Basically I can pair the two devices but have trouble getting the software to work. Can anyone please shed some light on this for me or provide me with a quick step overview of how to get the BT-338 to work on my phone.

Because the software that came with it is intended for Pocket PC and laptop, some GPS software for smartphone are: Tom Tom, CoPilot and Mapopolis.
