Hey the smt5600's all have a 1 year manufacturer warranty on them right? So even if you bought them on EBay you should still be covered by it?

Thats what Audiovox told me when I called them and there RMA department. But I dont have any real first hand knowledge. I even told them that my carrier was T-mobile and they didnt care.

So do you go through Audiovox straight or have to contact the mobile providor first?

Quick update: I called AUDIOVOX and they claim that they do not do replacements only repairs... so bummer ;)
