Hi Copermine,

This MPX220 phone is horrible. It is riddled with bugs. Everyone is having major problems with it. Motorolla has no plans to fix this phone. Cingular just sent me the Audiovox smt5600 as a replacement. It has all the same functionality, and it actually works. I highly suggest returning your phone.

Me 2, SMT 5600 way better, by a significant margin.
