i am trying to perform an application unlock on my c500. i have an 02 sim but i have no option called 'pass through connection' on my phone and i dont have any grps settings. what do i do?

Go into Settings, Data Connections and change Internet Connection to Automatic.

Now connect to PC with ActiveSync and start Pocket Internet Explorer.

The phone will now use your PC to connect to the internet. This is known as a Pass-through connection.

i have registered my imei number but it wont let to go to the address for the orange developers website. is says unable to connect.

With the O2 SIM you have to use passthrough as the GPRS method will not work.

You access the developers site on your PC and not the phone, but the phone must be connected to the PC while you do the application unlock process and it must stay connected until you recieve the unlock message.
