E200 and BT250v

Well after little half hour I got my E200 to find the BT250v headset, then it said some crap about it could be my bluetooth headset and I said yes.

Now I got a problem.. umm.. why does the sound still come out of the E200 speaker and not in the headset?

When I tried calling my other cell it just was a bit possible to hear what I said in it but there was WAAAAY much noice and bruum brr skrat skrat sounds.

How am I supposed to do anything about this?

Please help me.
