Time to try somthing new i think

Well its that time again. I got an M2000 in november and have tried so hard to like it, but alas i believe i have failed.

I've been using smartphones since the original spv, and have had the ?pleasure? of using all versions upto the c500, before going for the M2000.

Ive had to have it replaced on 3 occasions, its bluetooth implementation is awful (wont work with my parrot car kit) and i have to soft reset the thing at least once a day.

Coupled with the fact that the microphone and or ear piece just stops working for no particuler reason i can categorically say this is the worst handset i have had to date.

So most likley this week im going to change to somthing else, now the difficulty is that orange dont have a great selection of 'smart phones'.

Im quite a user of the wifi and do use email and web browsing quite a bit - more convienient than the laptop.

Does anyone have any firm advice on a possible alternative? Dont mind waiting a few weeks if its truly worth waiting for.

So far (and i dread to say this!) i am thinking about the Nokia Communicator 9500 and yes i know its like a brick but i would honestly rather have a brick that works than continue battling with this handset much longer.

Any hints much appreciated.

Cheers!

I'm waiting for the Orange SPV M500 - shouldn't be too long till it's out! However this might not have all the bells and whistles you're after - no WiFi and less memory than the M2000. Also it's also made by HTC (however so is the C500 that you got on well with).

From what I've seen there don't seem to be many out there that don't like the M500 or equivalents (Imate JAM, MDA etc.)
