How do I get the app-unlock from Orange?

As per the instructions on the app-unlocking site, it says I can get something from Orange that will make it easier to app lock/unlock my c500?

Do you have an email account? If you have one then send an email request to Orange developers for your IMEI-specific tool.

Be kind when requesting for the tool:

Wait for Orange to send you the tool. Don't expect for a reply a minute after your request was sent so be patient. ;)
